• Pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed. However, we own a very friendly dog, called Harley

• We have a strict No Smoking policy inside Willow House Bed and Breakfast. However you are welcome to smoke outside.

• CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: You are welcome to check in from 3pm until 8pm. Check out is 10:30am. Late check out is available. Until 11:30 noon it is an additional cost of £15.  We are happy to store bags for those travelling by train. We do our best to prioritise rooms for early arrivals but we cannot guarantee room availability before 3pm. If you are arriving late please let us know so that we can organise a late check in pack for you.

• Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 9:30am. Earlier breakfasts can be served when arranged prior to arrival.

• Parking: We offer secure gated parking free of charge.

• Security and Personal belongings: While we do all we can to ensure that guests’ belongings are safe and secure at all times, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests' property in The Suite, car park or grounds. Please lock your room while you are out.

• Damage: Very occasionally guests cause damage during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or replacement costs.

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY

 We respectfully remind guests that a firm reservation constitutes a contract between   themselves and Willow House Bed and Breakfast.

 The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Special offer deals are non   refundable and non transferable.

 There will be no extra charge for cancellation, provided we receive two weeks notice. For   cancellations with shorter notice, we will not make a charge provided we are able to re-let   the room. If we are unable to re-let the room, we will charge 100% of the room rate for the   booked period to your card. In addition in the case of all cancellations once a firm booking   has been made, we reserve the right to charge guests an administration fee of £35. This   administration fee may be waived at our absolute discretion where the guest bears the full   cost of the booking due to us being unable to relet the room(s), notwithstanding the fact that   the booking has been cancelled

 If you need to move a booking we will be happy to accommodate you with 21 clear days   notice provided we receive an email requesting a change in date. There is a charge of £20.00   for this service

 Early departures: In the event of a stay being cut short for any reason, the full duration of   each confirmed booking will be charged.

 Willow House Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel any bookings should   extenuating circumstances or errors occur preventing them from proceeding. Please note   this  is not good for business and would only be through emergency or within ample notice   to source an alternative. Willow House Bed and Breakfast will not be liable for any losses   occurring as a result of such action.

 We highly recommend you to take holiday insurance.
